Works Design Announces New Leadership
In the spring of 2020, we launched an update to our brand and values. We could already feel change in the air – exciting change that would elevate the company profile, bring it into line with today’s marketplace, shine a light on the skills and accomplishments of our wonderful team and, at the same time, respect where we came from and who we have always been.
The next step in Works Design’s journey is about to start.
As of November 1, 2021, The Works Design Communications will be owned and led by Wesley Gee, Ellie Rosen, Nelson Silva and Adriana Spensieri, who have been in leadership roles for a really long time – Adriana and Nelson have been with us for over 20 years, and Wes and Ellie close to a decade.
These wildly talented, deeply committed people reflect all the aspects of the company that make us a great partner to our clients, and their skills and abilities make them ideally suited to take Works Design into the future.
Lorie will be stepping down on the day of closing, while Diane will remain to aid in the transition, primarily working with clients, providing strategy, and ensuring continuity.
We look forward to seeing this company grow and thrive in the future, almost as much as we have loved seeing it grow and thrive in the past. Please join us in wishing the new team all the success in the world.
